Welcome to Mob Archery.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our application.

By using the application, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve the app experience.

1.1 Information provided by the user

• Name, when provided
• Email address
• Profile photo, when provided
• Date of birth
• Country
• Roles selected during registration for app usage
• Federation, club, and sports identification number declared by the user
• Address, including street, complement, neighborhood, city, state, and ZIP/postal code
• Year the user started practicing the sport
• Main archery category
• Information about being a para athlete and para category, when provided by the user
• Training data, including session records, series, ends, times, scores, and, when visual scoring is used, normalized coordinates of arrow impacts on the target
• Registered equipment data and builds associated with training sessions, when the user uses this feature
• Subscription and eligibility data, such as active plan, billing cycle, platform, store, product/plan identifier, purchase date, expiration date when available, validation status, and transaction or order identifiers provided by the store
• Optional Founders/supporters Hall display preference and displayed name, when the user enables this option
• Content voluntarily submitted through the Founding Archer channel, such as type, subject, message, priority, and any administrative responses

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data, such as interactions with the app
• Device information, such as model, operating system, and language
• Local app installation identifier
• Device platform, such as Android or iOS
• Device brand/model, operating system version, and app version/build
• Login dates, last access date, and login counter per installation
• Firebase Cloud Messaging push notification token, notification permission status, and notification topics associated with the device, such as all archers, Android, iOS, language, country, plan, and roles declared by the user
• Error and crash logs
• Technical subscription validation records, including receipt/token hashes or technical identifiers, validation source, result, failure reason when applicable, and diagnostic data needed for support, security, and fraud prevention

This data is collected through Firebase tools.

We do not collect IMEI, serial number, personal device name, memory, or disk space for single-session control.

2. How We Use Information

We use data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Allow login, password recovery, and password reset
• Control one active session per account and prevent improper sharing of paid accounts
• Record and display your training sessions, including precision maps when you choose visual scoring on the target
• Register equipment, builds, and build snapshots associated with training sessions
• Personalize your experience, including accessibility and preferences
• Organize profile information, declared sports affiliations, and activity categories
• Improve app features and performance
• Generate aggregated technical analytics about platforms and devices used in the application
• Send notifications, when authorized
• Send individual notifications associated with the authenticated account/device or topic-based notifications, such as device platform
• Validate, unlock, restore, change, or end access to paid features according to subscriptions confirmed by the official stores
• Record aggregated administrative counters by plan and platform
• Allow optional display of the user in the supporters Hall
• Track, respond to, and organize collaborations submitted through the Founding Archer channel
• Generate shareable supporter or subscription cards when the user chooses to use this feature

References to federations, clubs, and entities are used only for informational and organizational purposes, based on affiliations declared by the users themselves.

3. Notifications

We may send push notifications for:

• Training reminders
• Relevant information about app usage
• Announcements, news, operational alerts, and messages segmented by platform, language, country, plan, declared roles, or other app interest groups

For this purpose, the application may register the Firebase Cloud Messaging notification token associated with the authenticated user and the device in use. This token may be updated automatically when Firebase renews it, when the user logs in again, or when the user uses another device.

When signing out, the application may remove or deactivate the token associated with the device and unsubscribe from notification topics used by the app.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The application uses Google Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Authentication, for login and authentication
• Firebase Analytics, for usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics, for crash monitoring
• Firebase Cloud Messaging, for push notifications

These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

Purchase, renewal, cancellation, restoration, plan change, expiration, and subscription status information is processed by the applicable official stores, such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Mob Archery does not directly collect complete credit card or payment method data from these transactions.

To unlock paid features and prevent fraud, the application sends receipts, tokens, or technical purchase identifiers to the Mob Archery backend, which validates them with the official stores when applicable. The system may store transaction or order identifiers, product/plan, platform, store, validity period, status, receipt/token hashes, and technical validation failure records. These records are used for support, operational audit, abuse prevention, access control, and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

For administrative plan control, the application may record aggregated counters by plan and platform, including Android/iOS and limited editions such as Founding Archer. These counters do not store complete payment data. If the user chooses to appear in the supporters Hall, the displayed name will be treated as information voluntarily provided by the user.

The Founding Archer collaboration channel allows users to send suggestions, bugs, and improvements directly to the team. These messages may include account data, submitted content, priority, read status, and any administrative response, so the team can track and respond to requests.

The application may generate shareable subscription or supporter cards. These cards are shared only when the user chooses to use the feature and may include the app's visual identity, plan indication, promotional text, and an invitation to tag official profiles such as @mobarchery on social networks. Further processing by social networks follows the policies of the respective platforms.

5. Storage and Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted communication through HTTPS
• Data access control
• Security monitoring

However, no system is 100% secure.

6. User Rights

Under applicable Brazilian law, including the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to:

• Confirm whether personal data processing exists
• Access your data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request deletion of data
• Withdraw consent

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data will be kept while your account is active.

You may:

• Request account deletion
• Delete your data directly in the app, when available

After deletion, data will be removed or anonymized, except when additional retention is justified by legal, regulatory, anti-fraud, tax, accounting, security, support, or rights-defense obligations. Subscription and transaction records may be retained while needed to prove purchases, manage access, handle disputes, refunds, chargebacks, audits, or requirements from the official stores.

8. Children's Privacy

Mob Archery is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental or guardian consent.

9. International Data Transfer

Your data may be stored on servers outside Brazil through Firebase infrastructure, in accordance with international data protection standards.

10. Preferences and Accessibility

The application allows customizations such as:

• Text size
• High contrast
• Dark mode
• Sound signal
• Haptic vibration
• Alert flash
• Extra time

These settings are stored to improve your experience.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically.
